Book Buying Suggestions
- Buy books from other students first! Why? When the book is being used for the current semester, (1) you're helping another student out, (2) you're more than likely getting the best deal out there (often cheaper and don't have to wait for it) and (3) your practicing sustainability by decreasing the total amount of books needed for students.
- Bookstore: You can buy it now and it's easier to return should you drop the class. List books you bought from the bookstore on CowboyBookSwap to get a better deal at the end of the semester while helping another student save on that book!
- Online: Remember that sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks or longer to get a book. Be prepared to pay expedited shipping if needed and always check seller ratings to be sure you are buying from a reputable source. Returns can be a hassle, but seem to be easier than before. When finished with the book, list it on CowboyBookSwap and get paid for your book.
